WHAT can be returned?
Any product purchased from us may be returned. Full price will be credited if the product is received in the same condition as purchased. There will be no Restocking Fee. Please contact us if you believe any product purchased from us is defective or damaged in shipment. Our objective is for every customer to be satisfied with our products and services.

Product should be returned within 30 days of purchase. We realize there may be exceptional circumstances and we will do our best to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us by email or by phone to inform us of your desire to return product.
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. In cases of our error a credit will be given for the least expensive way to return product safely.
CREDIT for returns?
A credit will be processed on your credit card, usually within 48 hours of receipt and inspection, of product. You will be contacted before processing any credit to minimize confusion as to the exact amount. If product has been damaged, either in return shipping or by customer, the credit amount will be adjusted accordingly. In the event of shipping damage, we will do whatever we can to assist you in preparing a timely damage claim with carrier.
