What is Brain Training?

• Provides in-center help from 2 hours one day a week (or 1 hour two days a week) to 2+ hours one to three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

• Morning and afternoon times available.

• Designed for students who need individualized help in: Math, Reading, Spelling, Grammar, Writing and or Implementation of INP, POA or Mini-POA.

• During a 2-hour segment, students may receive one-on-one help for approximately 40 minutes and 40 minutes work in small groups and 40 minutes independently.  

• Students who cannot or will not work independently will be scheduled individually or must come with a parent or designated helper.

• Parent (or designated helper) is encouraged to stay part of the time to help and to learn how to do the activities when the child is not in the center.

• Most of the activities need to be done at least 5 days a week.

What are the fees?

• Individual rate - $50.00 per hour. One-on-two rate per 2 hour session - $50.00.

• Parents may use our facilities / non-consumable materials to do part or all of their child’s INP, POA or mini-POA - $15.00 an hour.

• Materials / supplies fee may be assessed.

• CBI for CVA and MP3

• Absences may be rescheduled if given proper advanced notice, however, we do not prorate tuition.  If we must cancel, the appointment will be rescheduled.

• Choose an evaluation, assessment or screening from the main services menu. For evaluations and assessments, follow the “How do I get started?” information. Screenings can be done during Brain Training sessions.
